The commercial spiral mixture is used in the food production process for the perpetration of dough for preparing cakes, biscuits, and pastries. The spiral mixture is generally made use by the bakery people. Where there is a need to mix greater batches of dough. The dough could be for bread and pizzas. It gets its name from spiral formed hook of the agitator, through the mixing of dough, the bowls revolve while the agitator remains in the same place. The size of the mixture depends on the amount of dough that is required by the bakers.

Sometimes it is quite bigger in size to fit so one must make the room for it prior to buying but generally, the bakery has a spacious kitchen for all their equipment to fit inside under in one roof.  It can be operated by using electricity and also the use of manual human requirement is minimum. Just a supervisor can take care of the equipment and it can work for long hours for many years. Some maintenance is required but that is a necessity for any kind of equipment.
